  3. Then add to the mixture a pair of tablespoons of water, chicken broth and soy sauce. It is left to stew with the lid over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
  4. While the mushrooms and vegetables are cooked, the spoe noodles are boiled, rins and drained in a strainer.
  5. Before eating, place the spoe noodles on a flat plate, then the meat and pour the vegetables and the broth.
